When you start a business, you have a lot of decisions to make – and among the most critical is what kind of business entity you should create.  Should you establish an LLC?  An S-Corp?  Or will a sole proprietorship be enough?

Join us as we discuss the pros and cons of each major type of business entity.  What are the advantages and disadvantages of each?  What are the costs to establish and maintain each type?
