This workshop will cover the basics of how to write a successful business plan.
Topics will include:
- Purpose of a written business plan
- Overview of the key components within the plan
- How to conduct the market research to make your plan stand out
- Utilizing business plan templates
- Diving into the financial section of the plan including financial projections and why you need them
