Participants will learn key concepts in market research, business planning, and financing, along with practical strategies to launch and manage their ventures. This interactive class aims to empower individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the entrepreneurial journey successfully.

Laura Velasquez is a business professor and entrepreneur. Laura has played an integral part in teaching college students and adult learners to discover their potential within the business industry. Laura is the founder of a women’s lifestyle brand founded in September 2013. In 2016 she launched a free soccer clinic initiative to empower and inspire at-risk high school teens living in underserved communities by educating them on healthy living and positive thinking.
Laura has worked in the oil & gas industry, fashion & runway, and held pop up shops, including her latest fashion show that was held in Paris, France during the FIFA Women’s World cup.
