This free in-person training includes a high level overview of the critical success factors for entrepreneurs, including business structures, the development of the business plan, and permits and licensing procedures.

Instructors: Joe Rodola and Bryan Rheem, SBDC Consultants

Joe Rodola comes to the SBDC with over 45 years experience in the Credit field. 25 years in lending, 13 years as Director of CCCS Redding, a debt consulting agency, 20 years teaching various financial classes, 10 year owner of his own service business (Joe Rodola’s Debt Consulting) and 8 years helping small business startups and helping them gain access to capital for both SCED and the SBDC.

Bryan Rheem is a business consultant that loves effective and efficient solutions, always searching for ways to help people maximize their output and productivity.
