The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) certification is designed to help small minority and women-owned businesses have a competitive advantage when bidding for government contracts. This certification is particularly advantageous for those interested in doing business with agencies like Caltrans, BART, High Speed Rail, local transit authorities, and most cities and counties.

Join us for this free intensive workshop to learn:

  • How to become a certified DBE firm
  • How to complete the application
  • What documents are needed
  • Common mistakes with the process
  • Advantages of the DBE certification
  • How the certification can be used as a resource when doing business with the State of California

The afternoon session is designed for those who have a DBE packet ready for review or who have individual questions. Meet with one of our DBE Specialists for one-on-one feedback, document review and the potential to leave with a packet ready to notarize and submit. Remember…bring your printed DBE application/documents for review by one of our specialists!
