Join us for one or all of the following webinar sessions where you will learn the basics of using QuickBooks Desktop for PC. From setting up your account for the first time to learning how to run reports.
Session 1 - Thursday 29th, 5:30pm-7:30pm PDT - Accounting 101 & Getting started with QuickBooks Desktop
Topics will cover the basics of accounting, which QuickBooks version is best for your business, and setting up your company and chart of accounts in QuickBooks Desktop.
Session 2 - Friday 30th, 5:30pm-7:30pm PDT - Setting up items and Creating Forms in QuickBooks Desktop
Topics will cover: Setting up items , using purchasing orders, customizing invoices and creating other forms.
Session 3 - Saturday 1st, 10:00am-12:00pm PDT - Accounts Receivables
Topics will cover: Setting up online bank feeds, creating estimates and invoices, sales receipts, receiving payments, and managing accounts payable reports.
Session 4 - Saturday 1st, 12:30pm-2:30pm PDT - Accounts Payable, Banking Reconciliations, and Reports
Topics will cover: Syncing bank accounts, undeposited funds, entering expenses and bills, paying bills, managing reports, Profit & Loss sheet, and Balance Sheet.

*QuickBooks Desktop is very different from QuickBooks Online. If you are unsure which version to use, the instructor will go over this at Session1. If you use the Online version OR the MAC version, this workshop is not for you.
