In over 30 years as an entrepreneur and consultant, David has founded and managed technology companies (raising over $14M in private investments) and has assisted hundreds of small and medium-sized businesses.

He has over 25 years of direct experience in nearly every facet of business, with in-depth knowledge in many areas, including equity capital, leadership, intellectual property (IP), technology licensing and SBIR/STTR programs.

He has served on several Boards and various committees (e.g., IP, advisory, finance, etc.) of businesses, universities and community organizations.
