This training is designed for businesses who have created a Business Facebook page and want to gain a better understanding of how to utilize this social media platform, especially when looking at the new experience format vs.the classic pages.
Facebook Pages are a cost effective way for businesses and organizations to reach their audience and offer features to promote services, products and events. However over the few months, Meta Business (aka Facebook) has been making changes to the Classic pages and introduced the “New Page Experience” with the intention of moving all Facebook Pages to the new format. At first it may be confusing but once businesses understand how to navigate the new format, it offers some additional opportunities for engaging your customers and sharing content.
Over the hour, we will discuss the difference between the new experience and classic pages, the key features of the new format and demonstrate in-real time how to navigate the changes and access several of the new features.
